First through the separator corona discharge generating device, it produces ionize in the surrounding air layer, and then metal and plastic (conductors and non-conductors) are separated from the crushed materials by the different permittivity. 新装置的优点在于无需化学药品来融化废弃物，因此不会对环境产生污染。它能够把废弃物中99%以上的金、银、铜、铝、不锈钢等金属与塑料分离开。 The advantages of new device lie in that it needs not to use chemicals to dissolve wastes thus there's no pollution produced to environment. It is able to separate the plastics from metals such as gold, silver, copper, aluminium, stainless steel etc. which account for over 99% of the wastes. 另外针对静电分离对废旧覆铜板、废旧电线的分离纯度高而产量比较小，我公司开发的多滚筒静电分离机和根据粉碎后电路板中铜粉与环氧树脂粉（铜丝与电线皮）的密度比重差距比较大的原理，于2005年研制出了废旧电路板气流分选机在保障分选效果的同时解决了分离产量问题。 In addition, the electrostatic separation can separate the waste circuit copper clad laminates and waste wires with higher purity, but the output is lower.
