background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);">第三步，清洗环节：</span>先使用沉浮水槽，将破碎后的PET聚酯瓶片与PP瓶盖通过沉浮法分离开，然后再将瓶片投入高温锅内进行高温蒸煮（可以高温锅内加烧碱或清洗剂，可以更好去掉瓶片上的油污和其他污渍），再使用高速摩擦洗料机去除附着在瓶片上的杂质和泥沙，再经过漂洗水槽漂洗掉瓶上的残留烧碱及其他杂质，就可以得到非常干净的高纯度PET聚酯瓶片。<br /> <span style="font-size: 18pt;
