Dalian Xingchi International Trade Co., Ltd passed relevant inspections of all levels of administrative departments and obtained all necessary administrative licenses and approvals after more than one year of planning and preparation. July 2010, being passed the examination performed by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the Import of Solid Wastes that can be used as raw materials – Domestic Consignee Registration Certificate was issued; in year of 2010, being examined by the Ministry of Environment Protection of the People's Republic of China, we were approved and awarded the fixed processing and utilization unit of imported waste hardware electrical appliance, waste electrical lines and cables, and waste motors. Meanwhile, the license for limited catalogue and automatic catalogue metals and waste plastic was obtained.
