产品介绍： PET（聚酯）瓶清洗回收生产线又称PET塑料瓶破碎清洗回收生产线，聚酯瓶回收流水线，宝特瓶粉碎清洗干燥回收生产线，PET饮料瓶清洗回收生产线，适用于废旧PET瓶（如矿泉水、可乐等各类塑料瓶）的去标，破碎，清洗，干燥，包装的整套生产设备，装废旧PET塑料瓶加工成聚酯瓶片的整套处理方案，将废旧PET塑料瓶加工成可再生利用的高品质PET瓶片。本设备生产出高质量的PET瓶片，可用于生产PET再生涤纶等长纤产品和其他高质量PET相关产品。该生产线外观精美、能耗低、产量高，实用可靠。全新的漂洗装置可以随破随洗，大大提高了生产效率，且洗料干净，达到一级净片要求。 工作原理： 回收的PET塑料瓶，首先经过“脱标机”去除瓶身的标签，然后经过“平面分选输送机”，在此步骤挑选出物料中的杂色瓶（如绿色瓶、蓝色瓶、残余杂质等），再进入“粉碎机”进行粉碎，出来后进入“漂洗水槽”进行分离（实现PET瓶片与PP.标签纸、瓶盖的分离），分离干净后进入“高温锅”进行加热清洗，出来后再进入“漂洗水槽”进行漂洗（去除高温加热中的清洗剂），最后进入“脱水机”脱水后直接装包。针对产量大、瓶片级别高我们可通过整瓶预洗环节、脱标分拣环节、初碎环节、初洗分离环节、高温清洗环节、中和清洗环节、漂洗干燥环节、瓶片精选环节等整套精洗环节来达到高精净片。此流程为常规流程，根据生产地点不同，产量要求不同，兰博机械亦可根据客户需要设计不同生产方案。 产品规格：   兰博机械研发的此套生产线可根据客户需求组合成多种规格，从300KG/H-6000KG/H本公司都有成功案例。   高效、节水型设备，该机特点：外观精美、损耗低、产量高，实用可靠。全新的漂洗装置可以随破随洗，大大提高了生产效率，且洗料净度纯净，达到一级净片要求。   本公司从事于PET聚酯塑料瓶清洗回收设备二十余年，可根据你的不同要求来设计不同的清洗方案、清洗流程、回收规划及场地规划。以我们的专业给你带来最大利益的投资回报。 工作流程： 本套清洗生产线主要通过脱标-破碎-清洗-干燥这四个环节来清洗回收得到高品质的瓶片，以供后期再利用。 第一步，脱标环节：使用脱标机，将PET聚酯瓶上的PVC标签去除干净 第二步，粉碎环节：使用粉碎机，装去掉标签的PET聚酯瓶投入到粉碎机里粉碎成12-16mm大小（如果考虑损耗，最好先破碎成22-35mm大小，清洗干燥完成后再进行二次破碎。）。 第三步，清洗环节：先使用沉浮水槽，将破碎后的PET聚酯瓶片与PP瓶盖通过沉浮法分离开，然后再将瓶片投入高温锅内进行高温蒸煮（可以高温锅内加烧碱或清洗剂，可以更好去掉瓶片上的油污和其他污渍），再使用高速摩擦洗料机去除附着在瓶片上的杂质和泥沙，再经过漂洗水槽漂洗掉瓶上的残留烧碱及其他杂质，就可以得到非常干净的高纯度PET聚酯瓶片。 第四步，干燥环节：先使用脱水机，将干净的瓶片甩干95%的水份。（如有更高要求，可再使用烘干机，将脱水后的PET聚酯瓶片通过热风机干燥至99%以上，再通过风选机去除掉少量残留的标签纸）。这时候的瓶片，已经是高纯度、低水份的高品质PET聚酯瓶片了。<img alt="undefined" height="939.5586527293844" src="https://cbu01.alicdn.com/img/ibank/2017/931/799/4348997139_146826891.jpg" style="border: none;
